  **Edited - have changed my rating to Good as Ewen from the company has been in contact with me and the issue has been resolved amicably. The company has offered to reschedule the tour, and although I can't do this, they have agreed to let me gift to my friends in Darwin.

  So just a word of advice to others, If you are driving yourself to the tour, note there is no way to contact the company if you are running late, so might be better to opt for a town pick-up.

  We missed the check in time but were on time for the tour, however the site was deserted. being a pile of shipping containers in the middle of nowhere there was no phone reception so we could not find anyone. Trying to contact the company by phone and email afterwards has been frustrating as they are completely non-responsive. Being able to speak with someone live would be a nice start. Providing a back-up plan for those those that miss the check-in time would be necessary to run this type of company - a simple note would have been helpful.
